Wildrose Gymnastics

We could not have managed our way with the contractor and the city without your help and expertise.
— Owner, Wildrose Gymnastics

Wild Rose Gymnastics engaged Solis Architecture to provide full architectural services for the renovation of an existing unit in an industrial building on Roper Road into a gymnastics facility.  This required re-zoning the property from an F3 to an A2 use.

Solis Architecture was the coordinating professional for the project and engaged a full consultant team included a speciality fire consultant to provide engineering judgement on asymmetrically loaded demising wall construction.

As part of the project we installed a sprinkler system, working closely with the owner and the contractor to ensure the building would open on time.

This project was simple yet complex because of the increased level of coordination and communication in order to mediate several disputes and explain contractural obligations and standard construction terminology helping the client fully understand the issues and make informed decisions.
